Types

Relighting Procedure

  • Carbide Lamp: May need to be refilled with water and calcium carbide.
  • Electric Lamp: Re-lit using its electrical ignition system.

Limitations

  • Need for frequent maintenance and refilling.
  • Potential for malfunction or failure.
  • May not be suitable for use in certain environments or conditions, such as high winds or extreme temperatures.
